Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders over $100 when delivering to the continental United States using U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.

Shipping Time and Methods

The items on your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Sparkle Sensation will ship all our products by U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS). We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs.

Shopping in the U.S.

  • U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (to continental United States only): Delivers within 2-3 business days after shipping. Delivery based on your destination.
  • UPS Ground: Delivers within 6 business days after shipping. Delivery based on your destination.
  • UPS 3-Day Select: Delivers within 3 business days after shipping. Delivery by end of day.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivers within 2 business days after shipping. Delivery typically by end of day.
  • UPS Next Day Air : Delivers in 1 business day after shipping. Delivery typically by 10:30 a.m.

Shopping in Canada

  • UPS Canada Standard: Day defined by UPS scheduled date. Delivery by end of day.
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited: Delivers within 5 business days after shipping. Delivery by end of day.
  • UPS Worldwide Express: Delivers within 3 business days after shipping. Delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon.

The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout. All estimates are based on business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Costs

U.S. Postal Service: Free for orders over $100, $5.99 for orders below $100.

United Parcel Service (UPS): Shipping and Handling cost is calculated according to the total weight of the items you purchased and your shipping destination.

The Shipping and Handling cost is displayed before you complete your order. You can also check the shipping costs in your Order Confirmation email or view it under My Account. You may receive separate shipments if you order multiple items.

Shipping Restrictions

Sparkle Sensation is unable to cancel or modify your order, or change your shipping address once the order has been shipped. The items on your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Sparkle Sensation does not support shipping items in a single order to multiple shipping addresses. To ship items to an additional address, please place a new order.

Sparkle Sensation sells and ships items only within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. No shipments can be made to APO or FPO, United States territories, Canada territories, or addresses outside of the United States and Canada.

Problems With Your Shipment

Shipping refunds

If you paid for expedited shipping and did not receive your package on time, please Contact Us immediately and we will investigate the case.

Incorrect or damaged items

If you received the wrong product or your package arrived damaged, please return the item to us by following our return procedure. A replacement will be sent once we have received your return.
