Your 100% satisfaction is fundamental to us at Sparkle Sensation. If you choose to return our product(s), for any reason, we will gladly exchange it or refund your money - hassle free!

Returned item bought within 30 days from Sparkle Sensation will be refunded, once received, in the same form of payment you made at the time of purchase. However, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Return will not be accepted after 30 days of purchase.

  1. Please fill in the Return & Exchange Form. You can print the form out by clicking here.
  2. Securely pack the form together with the merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in original condition. There is a 25% restocking fee for all used items.
  3. Return the package via a carrier with tracking capabilities or insure the package, and send it to:
