Need to check on your order status? Check below for more information in regards to your order.

Check Your Order Status

We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) is shipped and the tracking number, to the e-mail address you provided to us. You can also check the status of your order by going to My Account -> Sign in -> View the orders I have made or by clicking here, where you can view all the orders that you have placed with us.

The "Processing" status indicates your item is being prepared for shipment from our warehouse or our business partners. The status will change to "Delivered" once your order is shipped, and the tracking information will be provided along with it at that time.

Cancel or Modify Your Order

Sparkle Sensation is unable to cancel or modify your order, or change your shipping address once the order has been shipped. The items on your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Track Your Order

You would receive an email notification at the time we sent out your package. It will have the carrier's tracking number on it. You can check the status of this package on the carrier's website by entering your tracking number.
