We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) is shipped and the tracking number, to the e-mail address you provided to us. You can also check the status of your order by going to My Account -> Sign in -> View the orders I have made, where you can view all the orders that you have placed with us.

You would receive an email notification at the time we sent out your package. It will have the carrier's tracking number on it. You can check the status of this package on the carrier's website by entering your tracking number.

Please verify with other members of your household that your package was not received. If the package is indeed missing, please Contact Us immediately. We will assist you by working with the carrier to resolve the matter. Simultaneously, we will send you a new shipment.

If your package was sent by UPS or FedEx, the driver may also contact you in regards to the package that you did not receive. PLEASE CONFIRM WITH HIM THAT YOU DID NOT RECEIVE THE FIRST PACKAGE in order to avoid charges for the lost package.

If you received the wrong product or your package arrived damaged, please return the item to us by following our return procedure. A replacement will be sent once we have received your return.

Unfortunately, we can only ship to the United States and Canada at the meantime. Please do check back often as we may change the policy in the future.

Sales Tax will be charged if you are a resident of Illinois, U.S.A. For customers outside of the U.S.A., your country of residence may charge import duty for your merchandise. If this occurs, you will have to pay the duty directly to your taxing authority.

To give you the best value, the Shipping and Handling cost is calculated according to the total weight of the items you purchased and your shipping destination.
